Kath.net REPORT: On the weekend a Catholic University in Sweden to reopen after centuries their doors. The "Newmaninstitutet" in Uppsala Stockholm to reopen a Catholic University in Sweden their doors  weekend after centuries. The "Newmaninstitutet" in Uppsala is the first Catholic educational institution according to the University management since the reformation in the 16th century. Century be receiving the power to provide academic exams. 1477 had Pope Sixtus IV. founded the last Catholic University in Uppsala. Jesuit-run University celebrates its opening on Sunday with three lectures dealing with the challenges for Christianity of today.
