JESUSCARITASEST.ORG REPORT: A group of Capuchin Friars from Preston, Great Britain led a Flash Mob on Ascension Thursday, 2011. (def.: a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place to perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse(wikipedia)) This was performed in the spirit of the new evangelisation. One Friar held a Monstrance contained the Blessed Sacrament, while another preached through a microphone. Spectators began to kneel and pray before Jesus, in the Host. Volunteers handed out prayer cards to the unsuspecting public in the surroundings. One spectator exclaimed: "This is so moving! It is the first time I have seen it done outside. I can't wait to tell my parish priest!" In one week the video has been viewed over 80,000 times on Youtube.
